We do not sell your personal telemetry or contact information to third parties. All location tracking is disabled outside active pickup sessions.
1 Information We Collect
When you create an account or request waste collection, we collect your phone number (used as your primary identifier), name, pickup address, and optional email address. During active pickup fulfillment, the system logs GPS telemetry to calculate collector arrival times and track waste custody.
2 Use of Location & Telemetry Data
Geolocation data is used exclusively to dispatch the nearest certified collector, plan optimized eco-friendly collection routes, and confirm that pickups occur at designated collection points. Location tracking is strictly disabled outside active scheduled pickup windows.
3 Zero Data Selling Commitment
We do not monetize, rent, or sell your personal data, contact information, or location history to advertisers or data brokers. Data is processed solely to fulfill municipal and commercial waste management operations.
4 Data Retention & Rights
You retain the right to inspect your account details, request telemetry history deletion, and download records of your past waste diversion and recycling contributions. Inquiries regarding data deletion may be submitted directly to our Data Protection team.
